Duties

  • To process using Merit Payroll system and sending information payroll umbrella company to ensure all temporary workers are paid correctly and on time on a weekly basis
  • Invoice clients on a weekly basis
  • To support our consultants with general administration
  • To run a payroll from start to finish process
  • To generate, send, create and input weekly timesheets
  • Adhering to strict deadlines
  • Checking final payroll
  • Processing invoices
  • Running weekly payroll reports
  • Daily completion of all necessary documentation required for new starters and leavers
  • Point of contact for wage and invoice queries
  • Dealing/resolving with wage and invoice queries
  • General Administration duties including answering incoming calls

Experience required

  • Proven history of payroll process/accounts desirable

We are looking for production operatives to work on busy lines operating a coiling system and ensuring plastic hosing is prepped and packed properly.

This is a fast-paced role and requires good attention to detail along with high-quality standards.

Hours of work & shifts available:-

Monday to Thursday – 7.00 am – 7.00 pm (1hr break)

12-hour shifts

  • Loading products on to machine/production line
  • Very detailed quality inspection of products –
  • Finishing work – using tools to take off the excess material very intricate detail
  • Packaging products to order

Counter Balance Forklift Driver/ Warehouse

Tasks and Responsibility’s

  • Receive incoming customer work from drivers
  • Ensure incoming paperwork is taken to the office.
  • After work has been processed, inspect for quality and defects and pack according to instructions
  • Place work waiting for customer collection within the designated area for goods awaiting collection
  • Load customers’ work onto their transport/carrier
  • Carry out general packing duties
  • Carry out the daily checks on the Fork Lift Truck and ensure records are kept up to date.
  • Identify quality/production issues where necessary
  • General duties as required.

Multi-Spindle Machine Operator

We are looking for a new member to join an experienced team. Our Metallic Production Department manufactures all metallic components to high-quality standards.

The role we have will be to manually load and operate and eventually set and programme the machines. There is training on the job and the opportunity to progress.

To support the multi-spindle setter in the smooth running of the Wickman multi-spindle lathes to produce components to drawing.

· Able to support and learn to operate minimum 3 multi-spindle lathes to a high standard

· Able to complete production documentation correctly

Working Hours:

Previous experience in a machining or engineering background would be preferred but however, some training is provided

Handy Person/Maintenance

  • General administration duties, such as booking stock in and out
  • Completing stock takes/inventory
  • Assisting with invoices and general purchase orders – the system used is pegasus opera.
  • Assist in the production, distribution, and filing of all documentation including job cards, sample forms, dispatch notes, and invoices.
  • Ensure the Production Department Diary has maintained updated daily and that work T-Cards are produced for the Production T-Card Planning Board.
  • Organise carrier collections when required for the dispatch of completed work
  • Maintain production spreadsheet
  • Provide any information/data required for weekly Operations Meetings
  • Support the Production Manager in the maintenance of good Health & Safety practice and housekeeping levels
  • Maintain the factory stationery levels eg Absence Forms, Clock Cards etc
  • Ensure all details from holiday forms are entered onto the Factory holiday planner
  • Provide support to the Admin/Accounts department such as producing documentation for Chemical Product Sales and credit control when required
